Your inventory is pulled multiple times a day. If something is wrong do not hesitate to reach out to us. Wrong inventory is a BIG DEAL! We take it very seriously.
Missing Cars
There are two reasons why might not see a car in illumiQUOTE:
- The car wasn't in the feed to us
- There are no payments on the car
Most of the time it is #2. And that's a good thing because we can help with that. If the car is in our database we can check to see if the VIN explosion didn't happen right, the price is wrong, or any other thing. Just let us know and we will make it right. support@frikintech.com or chat us here.
Vehicle Details are Wrong
That's annoying! If you put the time in to merchandise a vehicle right we need to make sure it is merchandised right... even if you didn't put the time in yourself.
