How not to use Digital Body Language

Seeing what the customer does is incredibly powerful!

If your customer learns that you are watching their every move they're probably not going to like it.

Creeping-on-a-Customer

Instead, use the knowledge you learn from their activities to give them more options.  If you're giving them suggested cars that better fit their needs you're a superstar to them.  A real professional.

Just don't let them know how you figured out what they wanted.  That's our secret.
